The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileThis page is to collect donations in memory of Vinnie Appleby. Sadly Vinnie lost his battle with Leukaemia this year but had strong opinions on what we could all do to help others in a similar position.
After spending time on Durlston Ward at Poole Hospital, it was clear that they needed fundraising to develop a Teenage and Young Adult unit for patients with Cancer. The unit will be the first of its kind in Dorset and will ensure patients like Vinnie will have surrounds more appropriate to their age and circumstances.
Vinnie had a few ideas of his own about fundraising, but let’s get inspired to make Vinnie’s dream a reality in helping others through their journeys. This is extremely important to other families in Dorset and was extremely important to the Appleby family.
This is Vinnie’s campaign page so feel free to use it, donate to it or share it. Thank you.Charities pay a small fee for our service. Learn more about fees
