Story

Our charity, The Orthopaedic Institute, is based here at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital in Oswestry which is recognised across the world as a “Centre of Excellence”, leading the way in Training and Research into Orthopaedic Studies. Through the kindness of patients, relatives and the general public we are able to raise the money to support these vital studies.

We have invited a team of walkers to take part in a Sponsored Walk up Mount Snowdon on Saturday 18th June 2016  to help raise funds. We should cover approximately 9 miles in roughly 6 hours. If you would like to help us reach the summit and raise funds for the Orthopaedic Institute then please donate here. Or better still, join and take part on the walk!

We are asking for a donation of £15.00 per person to take part and we will provide Sponsorship Forms so that team members may ask friends, family and colleagues to support them and help to raise more money for the charity.

About the charity

The Orthopaedic Institute, through voluntary contributions, helps to fund orthopaedic research and training. The research work results in new and improved methods of treatment and medical knowledge to improve the lives of adults and children for years to come. All donations are gratefully received.
