The "Welsh 3000" covers 32 miles, and 15 peaks, all above 3000 feet high. it includes Snowdon, and we aim to complete all 15 peaks within a 24 hour period. As ever, I am only now thinking about "why" I volunteered, but the cause is well worth the effort.

One in a Million provides weekly sports, arts, education & enterprise programmes to children & young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in Bradford. 

There are over 35,000 children & young people who live below the poverty line in Bradford and the money raised will go towards current and new projects that will help make a lasting difference to their lives.
