Our vision in MRDF is to see a world which Muslims play a vital role in providing guidance and values upon the teachings of Islam. MRDF as a registered charity aims to build people of all ages upon these fundamental principles of Islam, enabling them to not only guide but to be bridge builders for humanity. Furthermore, we aim to provide guidance to society as a whole and particular the Muslim community on ways to further their existence upon the divine values of Allah. We believe the Prophet (SAW) did not leave behind wealth and commodities, but rather he left behind Islamic principles and people to uphold these principles. The companions were given cultivation in upholding and applying these principles allowing Islam to flourish and be a beacon of guidance for all on earth. All too often Muslims find themselves facing confusion and frustration. They feel confused in identifying Islamic principles and how these principles should be understood and applied in today’s modern society. They feel frustrated with their lack of holistic growth in gaining knowledge, spirituality, good character and key skills. Since its inception, MRDF has strived to give a clear understanding of Islamic principles, the guidance on applying them in our modern context and providing cultivation to build people in a holistic way helping address the unique situation and challenges faced by Muslims in the West.
