The historical border dispute between India and Bangladesh was finally resolved by exchanging the disputed land within each country. 

The people of Panchighar, Bangladesh have been without government support for over 60 years and are now desperate for social and developmental services to help the destitute people. 

After many months of research and consultation with the locals, Muslim Charity has planned to build a new health clinic and education center. 

Education Center - We will construct a new education center for young people who have been denied access to school and education. The literacy level is very low and children need elementary education before they can enroll in mainstream schools. 

Health Center - We will construct a new health center for women and their expectant babies. Due to a lack of health provisions, the mortality rate for expectant mothers and their newborn babies is one of the highest in Bangladesh.
