The 7-mile walk starts in the carpark at the Maggie’s Centre Swansea and goes down to Verdi’s, Mumbles along the promenade and back. This seven mile walk is open to everyone, even the dog! There will be a competition for the children; with some fantastic prizes up for grabs and refreshments at the finish line. So bring the family and walk together for an afternoon of fun for all. 

By taking part in the Walk for Maggie's 2018,  you will help Maggie’s Swansea continue supporting people in South & West Wales affected by cancer. As a local charity, Maggie's Swansea relies solely on the generosity of our supporters, and all donations stay here in Swansea to help continue supporting the hundreds of people who visit the centre every week.

Did you know that £20 can help support an individual during their cancer treatment by providing a greater understanding of the vital role of nutrition.

£40 could help someone diagnosed with cancer access benefits they might have been unaware of, thanks to our expert benefits advisors.

£50 means someone just diagnosed with cancer can receive immediate advice and support from a Cancer Support Specialist.  

£65 pays for one hour of support for a family from a psychologist, helping them to find a new approach to living after losing a someone with cancer.
