The Oswestry Colour Run is being held at The British Ironwork Centre, in partnership with Girlguiding Shropshire and in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support on Sunday 1st July 2018.
The Oswestry Colour Run is a 3K run, walk or jog around the Ironworks sculptures and will be full of surprises. Throughout the course, multi coloured paint throwers, whose main aim is to make sure you leave covered in paint, will be doing their best to ensure you have a fantastic time!
The course for the Oswestry Colour Run will be nothing like you have seen before. The run will take you past a menagerie of colourful, metal safari sculptures in all shapes and sizes. The British Ironwork Centre is also the birthplace of the famous ‘Spoon Gorilla’ and ‘Knife Angel’, the UK’s National Monument Against Knife Crime, so be sure to take in the sites as you may your way around the course.
