Schools are only obliged to provide swimming lessons for 8 weeks in Year 4 as part of the National Curriculum. Here at Latchmere School we are incredibly lucky to have our own pool which enables our children from Year 1 through to Year 5 to swim throughout the Summer term.

So, our amazing pool needs your help! We, as Latchmere School parents and carers, need to raise over £6000 every year to keep our pool running. All the costs of running, maintaining and improving our pool are paid for through your generous donations, along with LSPA fundraising.

This year, with your help, we are also planning to complete works to make our pool an even more exciting environment for our children to learn to swim.
