Here's what your sponsorship funds could do: 

* £52 could pay for 2 hours of specialist nursing care at our In-Patient unit 

* £135 would support a family member for a year following the death of their loved one 

*£500 would pay for 4 home visits by our Clinical Nurse Specialists, so patients can receive care where they want it most 

*1000 could pay for 12 Living Well with Isabel sessions that enable someone with a diagnosis to have a better quality of life, in the time they have left
