We are delighted that you have signed up to Isabel Hospice's Firewalk 2018- we hope you are all fired up for the challenge! 

We are asking if all firewalkers can try and raise a minimum of £70 in sponsorship on top of the entry fee to help us hit our £5000 target! 

Every penny raised will help us continue to provide end-of-life care to local patients and families across Eastern Hertfordshire so your amazing fundraising efforts really will make a difference. 

Here's how your funds could help: 

* £52 could pay for 2 hours of specialist nursing care at our In-Patient unit  

* £135 would support a family member for a year following the death of their loved one    

* £500 would pay for 4 home visits by our Clinical Nurse Specialists, so patients can receive care where they want it most

* £1000 could pay for 12 Living Well with Isabel sessions that enable someone with a diagnosis to have a better quality of life, in the time they have left
