The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileFundraising Convention should be a place for everyone, so the Institute of Fundraising Diversity Access Fund has been set up to support attendance by BAME, disabled and LGBT+ fundraisers. The fund will pay for fundraisers from across the UK to attend Convention - covering the cost of their tickets, travel and accommodation.
The Diversity Access Fund was launched with £5,000 from the IoF, matched by our generous corporate partners. Since then, a number of individual members have expressed interest in helping support the fund with donations. This outpouring of support shows that there is a genuine desire for Fundraising Convention - and the wider fundraising community - to become a place for everybody.
Everyone belongs at Fundraising Convention. Will you join us, and our corporate partners, and add your support to help us raise a further £5,000 towards the fund and help us promote diversity within our profession?
£200 can provide a one day pass to Fundraising Convention for someone who otherwise might not be able to attend
£100 would provide a half-day of learning at Fundraising Convention
£50 will help cover the cost of accommodation for someone attending Fundraising Convention
£20 could help cover the cost of travel to Fundraising Convention
Please donate by Friday 8 June, 2018.
