We at he Helen Rollason Cancer Charity are trying to make a difference to people whose lives have been touched by cancer. By means of our support centers, we offer free access to treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, counselling and more to patients and their families, enabling them to maintain quality of life even when going through difficult times.

At present, we help 50 people every week day in our centers across Essex, Hertfordshire and London... but it's not enough! We want to help more people!

We have big plans to enlarge and open new centers but we need your help!

This Summer we are rolling out a whole range of challenges for all abilities including a trek across the Himalayas, exploring the great Wall of China, trekking across the mountains of Snowdonia and cycling the length of Britain. We also have our standard events open for participants such as a bike ride across the Essex countryside, Skydiving at a location near you and many more! 

Whether you want a once in a lifetime trip across the world, or a weekend event close to home, take on one of our challenges and help us make a difference!
