The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileThis campaign matters because none of these therapies are available via statutory services. The new facility will be the only one of its kind in the North East.
Hydrotherapy is a therapeutic intervention carried out in warm water, led by qualified clinicians. The aim is to improve physical health and strength but Hydrotherapy has many physical and emotional benefits for children with disabilities. The building will also provide accomodation for parents whilst also accessing weekly intensive physiotherapy and rebound therapy.
The total cost of refurbishment is £280,000. We have raised £71,000 to date through fundraising, corporate and public support. But we need help towards the remaining amount.
