Story
We need your help to support children who face difficult circumstances such as poverty, domestic abuse, mental health problems, bereavement, disability and young carers. The challenges children struggle with on a daily basis have a negative impact on their education and may leave them socially isolated.
Our friendships provide one-to-one support and a trusted adult for children to talk to. Our mentors take children out on three weekends per month to give them access to new opportunities and a chance to enjoy being a child. Mentoring builds children's resilience which contributes to better mental wellbeing and higher attainment in school, enabling them to reach their full potential.
