Visit the charity's profileThe Durrell Challenge returns for 2017 to include the 13K Challenge - a road race held in Jersey, Channel Islands, followed by the Superhero Stroll and a family fun day held at Jersey Zoo (formerly Durrell Wildlife Park) on 14th May 2017.
Have a fun day out whilst raising funds for Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. Can you ‘Do it for Durrell’? The day will kick off with a timed 13K road race starting in St. Helier and finishing at Jersey Zoo, run with us to raise valuable funds for Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust.
After the race will be the new Superhero Stroll enabling people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the zoo surroundings as well as some surprises along the way. The Family Fun Day continues the atmosphere with plenty of entertainment at the zoo, including being able to meet with the keepers, learn more about global conservation and see the animals. Jersey Zoo will be open to all including runners and their families, members, supporters and visitors. There will be an opportunity to experience unique pop-up stalls showcasing the best Jersey has to offer all in the beautiful settings of the zoo.
