It's the world's largest and most popular marathon, with more than 100,000 applicants every year and team Cure Leukaemia are bringing their biggest team ever to the Big Apple this November.
Back in 2018, Cure Leukaemia Patron and former Crystal Palace and England footballer Geoff Thomas, completed the New York City Marathon just five years after being diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia. Ten years on, Geoff will take on the challenge again and we are delighted that you will be running alongside him to raise valuable funds to help stop 14,000 people dying each year of blood cancer across the UK.
Starting in Staten Island, the 26.2 mile route takes in all the major sights including Central Park, the Statue of Liberty and the five boroughs of New York City.
