On the 13th May 2017 we will travel from London to Beijing to embark on the mammoth 9 day challenge of walking 27 miles of the Great Wall of China.

We will cover some of the 27 watchtowers over old brick-made steps, trek through remote villages and farms, and pass 20 battlements to the ‘Heavenly Ladder’ – a near vertical staircase that climbs to the top of the mountain .

We are taking on this challenge to fund pioneering research right here in Wales. It’s world-class and it’s local. 

Every donation we receive goes directly to our teams of leading scientists based here in Wales. It funds their work, helping them in the pursuit of a cure; making great discoveries in the areas of early diagnosis, better treatments and preventatives of cancer for the benefit of cancer patients globally.
