Take on a Metabolic Mile Get your friends and family together and take on a Metabolic Mile for Metabolic Support UK!
How to take part:
1. Decide how you are going to do your Metabolic Mile! Whether you run, walk, cycle, swim, bounce on a space hopper, walk backwards, row, skip, three-legged, in fancy-dress – the options are endless. If you need some more ideas or help with organising your mile, please get in touch!
2. Visit www.metabolicsupportuk.org/awarenessweek to register your Metabolic Mile and order your Metabolic Support UK goodies .
3. Fundraise for Metabolic Support UK! You could donate £5 to take part in the Metabolic Mile or get others to sponsor you to do your mile.
4. Do your mile and share your pictures via social media with #MetabolicMile and tag @MetabolicSupportUK in your post.
