Funds raised will support the Charlton Upbeats Down's syndrome football team in South East London and Kent. The Upbeats  provide regular activities and engagement for children, young people and adults with Down’s syndrome.

The project has reduced isolation for those who attend and their families. 

Ten years on, we have 35 regular attendees at our weekly training sessions and the senior team is six times DSActive national champions including winning the last 5 titles. 

The Upbeats programme is entirely funded by voluntary donations so your support is greatly appreciated.
