R.E.D January stands for Run Every Day January. Run, walk, or rolly poly there are no rules. The aim is to get active every day, while raising vital funds for local mental health support.

Carlisle Eden Mind is proud to be teaming up with R.E.D January as their official charity partner for January 2018.
Not only is R.E.D January a brilliant way to kick-start the New Year, but in taking part you are helping to raise awareness and open up the conversation about mental health. Every penny you raise will fund Carlisle Eden Mind’s vital work such as the MindLine Cumbria, The Lighthouse, mental health training and advocacy as well as the campaigning we do to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem in Carlisle and Eden get the support and respect they deserve.
It costs us £6 to answer one call to MindLine Cumbria, our expert information line for anyone needing guidance and support about mental health problems. Every little could truly make a huge difference to someone's life.
