Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals (BSUH) is an acute teaching hospital working across two main sites: the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton and the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath.  

The Princess Royal Hospital has a 24/7 Emergency Department for its local population and is also our centre for elective surgery.

Donations to the BSUH Charity enhances care at PRH through state-of-the-art equipment, specialist training for staff, environmental upgrades, and medical innovations discovered through research.  

Support for the Princess Royal Hospital may be directed to a particular ward or department, such as:  

- A & E (PRH)

- Hurstpierpoint

- Palliative Care

- Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU)

- Ansty Ward

- Balcombe Ward

- Maternity

And others.
