HOPE’s enrollment in Phnom Penh grew very quickly which necessitated the construction of a new primary and secondary campus.  In order to construct this facility which was completed in 2016, HOPE incurred about $2 million in debt.  HOPE is funded entirely by school fees and is seeking outside financial support to pay off this debt.  Because most of our families are missionaries on fixed support, our goal is to pay off these loans without significantly raising tuition.
