Story

In April 2015 two devastating earthquakes hit Nepal.  All Hands Volunteers - a disaster and emergencies charity - was on the ground and up and running within hours of the disaster.

Work includes clearing rubble, handing out transitional shelters, finding safe and secure places for children to study, rebuilding homes and building new homes for the worst affected families.

We are committed to helping the communities of Nepal and will be there long term so that we can help communities rebuild their lives. A huge challenge faces us in Nepal - but we are determined that with our fantastic volunteers, and with the help of donors and sponsors, that the work can continue and we can help traumatised communities to get back on track.

About the charity

All Hands and Hearts addresses the immediate and long-term needs of communities impacted by disasters. By listening to local people, and deploying volunteers, we rebuild safe, resilient community infrastructure. 100% of all funds raised by the UK Trust go directly to those in need.
