Story

Help us combat loneliness locally - we believe that No One Should Have No One - do you?

We have a long history in the city, nearly 60 years, and a long list of things we need to do and more people that we would like to reach and support.

Loneliness and Isolation are one of the biggest issues amongst our older community. We work hard to provide a Befriending Service and social opportunities such as our Friendship Clubs.  They provide valued contact for those with few or no families and friends - a chance to chat, have a cup of tea, a laugh and to share memories and worries.  A chance to make new friends and to have someone to turn to.

Just £5 pays for a befriender visit for one hour, £250 pays for a one hour visit per year - imagine the difference that could make!

You can help us do more, donate, volunteer or simply share this campaign with people you know.  Help us combat loneliness locally - Thank you .....
