Organised by Somerville Heart FoundationYouth at Heart funded youth workers focused on the Southwest of England and South Wales. To help fulfil the charity’s ambition to roll out the initiative nationally, Youth at Heart merged with Somerville Heart Foundation.
When Lucinda Field and her family lost Alice, their much-loved daughter, sister and granddaughter to CHD in 2013, they created Youth at Heart to provide support to young adults living with CHD.
