Thousands of young Australians with disabilities are stuck in aged care simply because they have no other options. Consider this; you or someone you love has an accident that results in physical disability. What does your life look like now? Where would you live? Who would take care of you? For almost two decades Youngcare has been creating choice, independence and dignity for young people with disability by building homes that cater to their care needs and enable them to live the young lives they deserve. Help us create a future where every young person has the freedom and choice to live the lives we all deserve. Raising funds for Youngcare will: • Ensure the Youngcare Connect Team can answer every call from those in need • Provide quality of life with funding for disability equipment and home modifications • Contribute to building a home for young people with physical disabilities
