Story

Every 14 minutes, someone in the UK is diagnosed with blood cancer!

This September, as part of Blood Cancer Awareness Month, join the nation and take on the Your14 challenge. It can be any activity you like, whether its eating 14 sausages, baking 140 cakes or running 1.4km. Do whatever you want, its Your14.

Whatever your age or ability, you can take part. Choose your #Your14 challenge, head to the donate or fundraise buttons below, and complete your challenge.

There is an award up for grabs at our end-of-year awards party for our favourite fundraising campaign, so what are you waiting for!

Want to swim on 14 lengths in 14 days? Do it!

Want to eat 14 chillies? Go right ahead

Want to walk 140km across 14 days? Why not? Its YOUR14!

Grab your friends, family and colleagues and create your challenge.......the wackier idea, the better!

Whether you're running around the garden for 1.4 miles, doing 14 press-ups with the dog on your back or bench-pressing 14kgs with your grandchildren, we need your assistance!

Help to inspire the nation by sharing pictures or videos of your challenge on social media using the official hashtag #Your14 and tag @CureLeukaemia into your post to be part of the campaign.
