Story

Hi, we are Natalie, Nicki and Kerry, three passionate members of The Fox Project team.

On January 26th, we will be participating in "The Winter Walk Marathon Challenge" —that’s 26.2 miles—through the cold but vibrant streets of London! We’re fundraising to help purchase a much-needed X-ray machine for the hospital, (total cost £25,000) which will significantly enhance our ability to treat injured and ailing foxes.

Currently, we rely on an offsite veterinary clinic for X-rays, which can delay diagnosis and treatment and cost up to £500 per fox. An on-site X-ray machine will allow us to provide immediate care, enabling us to swiftly identify broken bones, internal injuries, and other critical conditions. This capability is essential for our work, especially as we care for casualties suffering from injuries and illnesses during the harsh winter months. It will also significantly reduce our costs in the long run.

With your generous support, we can ensure that the foxes receive the timely medical attention they desperately need. Every penny raised from our marathon challenge will go directly toward acquiring the X-ray machine.

We believe that every fox deserves a fighting chance, and with your help, we can strive to make that happen. Please consider donating to our JustGiving page and sharing this appeal with your friends and family. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of these beautiful creatures.

Thank you for your support! 🦊🧡
