Story
After its success over the last 2 years, the Farmers on Christmas Lights Tour is back for 2023, bringing you a huge dose of festive cheer tractor-style a week before Christmas, all in aid of Garden House Hospice Care.
Our aim is to raise £50,000 in donations, which will pay for five days of our care over the festive season. Every penny raised will really will help!
Around 150 tractors and farm vehicles covered in Christmas lights and decorations will once again be taking part, driving though Baldock, Letchworth and Hitchin in a sight that is sure to put a smile on the faces of everyone young and old. We are again hoping that thousands will turn out on the streets to support the farmers last year and we know their return will be extremely popular!
Donations will be accepted on the night but otherwise you can donate via this page or alternatively text TRACTOR to 70460 to donate £5. Texts will cost the donation amount plus one standard network rate message.
Community fundraising events like this go a long way to help Garden House Hospice care raise the money they need to be able to continue to provide free palliative care to the North Herts community. The hospice need to raise over £9,700 every day to fund their care - because of the rising costs of living, this is £2,000 more per day than 2 years ago. Every penny raised through sponsorship really will help!
