Organised by Friends of WoodheyThe Woodhey High School annual sponsored walk is a day when the whole school comes together and embarks on an approximately 10 mile walk from school to Burrs Country Park and back again.

Visit the charity's profileThe purpose of the walk is largely to support the well-being of pupils and staff and to raise money for the students. Every penny of the money raised is spent by the students, for the students.
This year, the school are working in partnership with the Friends of Woodhey, to raise funds from sponsorship to go towards the building of more outdoors shelters and improved outdoor seating around school along with wider improvements to the school environment.
Any support to bring us closer to our target is very welcome.
