Tis the season of warmth and joy, where the flickering lights and festive tunes surround us with a sense of magic. However, the holiday season holds a unique and meaningful significance for Louise and Olivia, a mother and daughter facing the challenges of sight loss.
Santa, This Christmas, my wish list isn't just for presents. It's for everyone around us to be more understanding. Maybe you can spread extra kindness all around, especially to a place called Galloways. Mum says they help families like ours, and if more people could support them, people may be even kinder and more understanding of sight loss. Oh, and Santa, there's one more thing I really, really want to tell you. When my dad comes to see me at my school play, he sometimes gets asked lots of questions because he's blind. It makes me feel a little sad because I know he wants to see things better. So, I was thinking maybe you could help me get some super cool equipment for families like ours. That way, they can see things better, and my dad won't have to feel, you know, a little left out sometimes. It would be a big surprise for all the families who could use extra help. Thanks Santa!
