Story
Wetwheels South East aim to improve the quality and equality of opportunity for all disabled people by providing access to the sea. Our experiences are fully participation events, by leaving disabilities at the dockside. Operating primarily our of our Dover Centre, we have the flexibility to move around the South East of England coastline to bring our boat into other communities.
Alongside our sister boats around the coast we are unique in providing the opportunities to helm the vessel and learn seamanship skills alongside peers, friends and families. These experiences are truly inclusive and helps improve aspirations and increase confidence.
By welcoming groups such as SEN Schools, care homes, respite centres, church groups, disability groups and charities, as well as family and friendship groups we encourage companionship and making memories.
