Track Resurfacing
Welwyn Wheelers CC are fundraising to improve their velodrome in Welwyn Garden City. We are starting with re-coating the track and we need to raise a further £21,000.

Why help us?
We are a small club run by volunteers.
We have the only facility between Derby and Stratford.
We host Welwyn Track League, National British Cycling Youth Omniums, and open track meetings.
We need to be able to continue to develop great talent we have an impressive list of alumni which include Olympic, International and National Champions. 3 of our youth riders are on the GB (Olympic) Development Apprenticeship. 1 is on the Olympic Development Programme.
We are an important training facility for Welwyn Wheelers and other local clubs, Verulam Reallymoving, CC Ashwell and Wolves Cycling Academy, as well as the wider community, for both track cycling and cyclo-cross.
We support local schools with GCSE PE curriculum.
