I don't know what I would do without this support.
Our team are committed to providing a range of engaging activities and courses for adults with mental health problems; whether that's our Food and Mood course, Menopause Mind and Movement course, Craft and Chatter group or our Wellbeing drop-ins. We know that these group sessions can have a really positive impact:
100% of attendees at our art group said they benefitted from the peer-to-peer support that the group sessions provided.
100% of Menopause Mind and Movement attendees shared that the sessions positively impacted their mood.
Our drop-in sessions prevented 166 instances of self-harm or suicide attempts.
I love being able to be creative, meet new people and learn things to do.
We want to be able to launch new groups and continue to respond to increased demand for our services. We already have waiting lists for many of our local groups and need to secure additional funding to be able to facilitate new sessions.
I enjoyed the company and all of the sessions.
