Story
People arrive at our services from many different and difficult situations, often without enough money to buy food, let alone items such as toothpaste, sanitary products or extra bedding.
Whilst SIG relies on government funding to run our services, all of our funding goes towards providing the best care that we can. That's why we're asking if you can help us to provide these items and make people's transition through our services that more comfortable.
Each welcome pack contains items to cook with, crockery, food, essential toiletries and extra bedding. Whilst these are all small items, they add up to around £100 per welcome pack in total. They also make people feel valued and cared for when they arrive to us, and help them to feel more positive about their future.
