Story
It is more important than ever to raise awareness about mental health. To check in with our family, friends, colleagues and community to find out how the people around us are really feeling. Demand for our services has increased by around 40% in the last year and we know that global events continue to have a huge impact on our mental health and wellbeing.
This Mental Health Awareness Week 9-15 May, we are asking you to dig out your favourite blue jumper, button up a blue shirt, pull on some blue socks and grab your lucky blue pants, and join us in wearing it blue for better mental health!
What can I do?
Help us build a mentally healthy community in West Kent.
Pick a day 9-15 May 2022 and wear something blue!
