Our Mission

In a world where young people face rising mental health challenges, lack of purpose, and limited opportunities, the We Are Love Retreat offers a life-changing experience. In partnership with 20/20 Levels, we’re providing underrepresented youth from inner-city London with a safe space to rediscover themselves, heal, and grow.

Why We Need Your Support

We’re raising £20,000 to fund our 2025 retreat, which will take place in the serene Italian Alps at the Mandali Retreat Centre. This funding will help us:

• Cover travel and transfers for our team of facilitators to ensure the retreat is expertly delivered.

• Provide pre- and post-retreat support, including three professional coaching sessions for each participant and ongoing opportunities to foster and develop a supportive community.

• Capture the journey of these remarkable young individuals through a professional mini-documentary, inspiring others and amplifying their voices.

What Makes This Retreat Special?

At our retreat, young people embark on a five-day journey of self-discovery and healing. Activities include:

• Exploring the 8 Stages of Awakening Love™, a transformative framework created by Alister Gray.

• Meditation, journaling, breathwork, and sound baths.

• Hiking in nature, silence practices, and heartfelt conversations.

• Fresh organic meals prepared daily in a nurturing environment.

• This retreat is more than a getaway—it's a life-changing experience, providing clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Proven Impact

In both 2023 and November 2024, we welcomed 15 young adults to Mandali, with each retreat described by participants as "life-changing."

Beyond the retreat experience, we supported these young people with three post-retreat coaching sessions, ensuring they had the tools and guidance to integrate their learnings into everyday life. We also continued to foster a community of participants, empowering them to build long-lasting relationships and support networks.

These initiatives have created a ripple effect of transformation and inspiration, enabling young leaders to contribute positively to their communities.
