Story
Wear A Hat Day has become a nationally important fundraising and awareness event that people all across the UK (and beyond!) support every year.
Several of our well-known celebrity ambassadors are fronting the campaign this year, including TV personalities Danny Green and Sarah Beeny, actor and long-time supporter Dame Sheila Hancock DBE, and our patron Caprice Bourret.
All of our celebrity ambassadors have their own brain tumour story and are harnessing their popularity and influence to maximise awareness and are encouraging everyone to take part and help fund the fight against this devastating disease.
The latest set of our collectable Wear A Hat Day pin badges for this year all have a regal theme in celebration of the Queens Platinum Jubilee year.
These badges have been inspired by the following royal hats: The Queens Life Guards; the Colonel of the Blues and Royals cavalry regiment, a position occupied currently by Her Royal Highness Princess Anne; the famous Beefeater hat; and the Imperial State Crown.
Our fundraising packs contain posters to help you promote and raise awareness of your event, ideas for popular types of events and activities for Wear A Hat Day, and a merchandise form for you to browse all of our additional hattastic products that you can order to help you maximise your fundraising.
Register now on www.wearahatday.org and plan an exciting and fun Wear A Hat Day event at your organisation, club, school or in your community. All registrants will receive a free fundraising pack!
