Women Build is an event that brings communities from all walks of life together to address the housing crisis facing families and individuals in Spokane, WA.

Because of YOU, Habitat for Humanity-Spokane can build strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.

Women Build is a week-long event where women join together to build decent and affordable homes with low-income hardworking families. Women Build empowers women. It encourages them to try something new, provides hands-on building opportunities and it empowers women in Spokane to address and help solve the affordable housing crisis right within our city limits.

This event does NOT exclude men! Rather, it encourages women to become empowered to break down stereotypes, learn the skills needed to build a home, show what we can do when we come together and most importantly, have fun making a difference!

The atmosphere is collaborative and friendly - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Whether you are learning new skills or simply adding a few to your tool belt, Women Build is a rewarding experience for all involved and improves the community we share.
