Together we can ensure that everyone affected by mental illness gets the support and help they need. This year has been hard. Let's walk and talk together.
Getting started is really simple: find a route for a 5K walk and select your team. It could be a family walk around your local park, maybe a stroll down the local beach with your neighbours or set up a WhatsApp call while doing laps of the garden. Where you choose is up to you!
