Story

Belvoir Walk At Home - Saturday 5th June 2021

This year, we're having our Belvoir Walk, but with a difference. Due to Covid-19 we have had to put lots of our fundraising plans on hold but rather than cancel the walk altogether, we're asking you to join us and complete the Belvoir Walk At Home.

This is the 16th year of our Belvoir Park Walk and over the years, hundreds of people have taken part, raising tens of thousands of pounds. This year, it's more important than ever that we do everything we can to continue to support local families impacted by cancer and we're asking for you to join us.

You can walk 5k, 10k or whatever suits you and ask friends and family to sponsor you or even better, get them to join in too. All we ask is that you adhere to current Covid-19 regulations.

Registration is just £5 per person and we're asking each participant to raise what they can, with a suggested sponsorship target of £50 per person. Every £50 we raise together could enable the charity to fund two hours of vital nursing care or provide 215 cups of tea for patients attending for treatment.
