Our much-loved annual event is back, and we cannot wait to get started.

For this year's challenge we are asking participants of all ages to take on 50 miles in June.

The beauty of the ‘Walk Wales – 50 miles in June’ virtual challenge is that you can take part anywhere, anytime. It's also great for your physical and mental wellbeing.

Whether you walk, run, jog, or complete the 50 miles distance at home, you will be helping to keep our helicopters in the air and our rapid response vehicles on the ground.

Entry is FREE but raise £50 for us and you will receive a bespoke Wales Air Ambulance sports t-shirt.
