Story
Every 90 seconds someone is reported missing in the UK. The reasons for going missing vary - relationship breakdown, financial worries, mental health, problems at school - but the aftermath for families left behind is always unbearable. Parents, siblings, partners and friends anxiously wait for news and desperately hope their loved one will return home safely.
We urgently need YOUR HELP to raise awareness of people missing in your area and all across the UK... so please join us and Walk For Missing People so we can reunite families and offer a lifeline to people in crisis who need our vital services.
Organising a Walk For is a great way to bring friends and family together to do something fun and meaningful.
Missing People is the only charity in the UK which offers specialist support for everyone affected by a disappearance. We are there with a specialist team to provide emotional and practical help through our free, confidential 116000 helpline and our website for adults, children, and young people.
