Our flagship employability programme, Spear, is the most effective programme for young people who are not in education, employment or training in the UK. We equip unemployed 16-24-year-olds facing significant barriers with the skills and mindset to overcome them and thrive in employment.

Story

For the first time since the autumn of 2020, there are more than one million young people neither in work or education in the UK*. At Resurgo we believe that together, we can turn this tide.

Which is why as we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we're walking 20 kilometers to raise vital funds which will enable us to continue having a bold impact in society through our programmes*, and offer hope to this young generation, including people like Aaniya:

"Before the Spear Programme... I felt like I should give up, that I'm not really worth anything. But during this programme I've learnt so much. I've learnt that even through all of the things that have happened to me, I'm more than that, that doesn't define me, and I can still get to where I want in life." - Aaniya, Spear Clapham Junction trainee, now working in Asda

Please support us as we #takeonestep to address some of society's biggest challenge. Thank you for your generosity!
