Story

Walk 100km with Your Dog in October is a challenge where you set yourself the goal of walking 100km (or a distance of your choice!) with your dog throughout October. It's a great way to work towards your fitness goal in your own time and place and, more to the point, your dog will love it!

You'll be part of a friendly Facebook group with fellow dog lovers, who'll support you throughout the challenge.

And all the money you raise helps Marie Curie Nurses provide vital care and support to people with terminal illness, and their families, at the toughest time.

We'll send you a free dog bandanna for your furry friend when you sign up and, when you complete the challenge, well send a certified Personal Trainer Certificate for your dog and a medal for you!
