Our Host with the Most, SAYs VP of Programming & Director of Camp SAY, Travis Robertson, welcomed some amazing guests, like the young man who shined a national spotlight on stuttering at the Democratic National Convention this summer, Brayden Harrington! Other special appearances included the Founder of SAY & SAY: DC, Taro Alexander, Executive Director & Mr. Morning Song himself, Noah Cornman, and long-time SAY parent and brand new Board member (AND Saadiqs mom!), Kimberly!
Special shoutout to our incredible SAY kids who helped make the SAY Brings Me Joy video such a bright light in our program! We have all weathered these trying times, together. But there is still work to be done, and it is vitally important that our SAY family remains dedicated to our mission and committed to keeping this essential community here, UNITED, for EVERY child who stutters.
SAY: The Stuttering Association for the Young is a national 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides support, advocacy and life-changing experiences for young people who stutter, ages 2-18. Since 2001, SAY has offered comprehensive and innovative programs that address the physical, social, and emotional impacts of stuttering. Through summer camp, regional day camps, speech therapy and creative arts programming, SAY builds a community of acceptance, friendship, and encouragement where young people who stutter can develop the confidence and communication skills they need to thrive.
To date, no child has ever been turned away due to a family's inability to pay.

SAY is only able to maintain this community for young people who stutter because supporters like you decide to make it a priority. The belief that children who stutter are valuable and deserve to be listened to should not be a radical idea. But all too often, it is. These children have unlimited potential to live their dreams if they can learn to love themselves. With your help, they will.
