Every day, millions of people travel miles on foot just to fetch water for drinking, cooking and cleaning. Sometimes the water isn't clean, so families get sick and even die simply for want of water. Just one runner (that's you!) could help provide safe, clean water to 2,000 people. But you won't be just one runner. You'll join lots of people who are prepared to tackle poverty with every step. No matter where you are or who you are, you'll get the opportunity to run with people just like you, who are up for an incredible challenge, and share your determination to fight injustice around the world too. The money you raise will help people change their lives in more than 90 countries across the world. This could help people get food, shelter and water in emergencies; help women give birth where they know they and their babies will be safe and help build and rebuild wells, schools and houses wherever poverty and disasters strike.
