Walk a Mammary Mound or Mountain for Lobular Breast Cancer
Between July and September this year, LBCUK supporters are taking on their own virtual Walking our Mammaries challenge.
This virtual challenge builds on our successful first "Walking our Mammaries" fundraiser in 2022. 8 women walked mountains in Scotland named after boobs, including the Pap of Glen Coe and the Mammores, raising nearly £13,000 for the charity.
This year, we're inviting people to pick their own own mammary mound or mountain challenge. It can look like or sound like a boob, and there's a whole range to choose from Bennachie in Aberdeenshire to the mounds of Deganwy Castle in Wales or Wittenham Clumps in Oxfordshire.
Everyone will choose the challenge that's right for them and then walk their Mammary between July and September.
