We find ourselves in unusual times; unable to connect with people in the way we are used to. Taking the positives from the situation, many of us are no longer commuting to work so saving time, social distancing offers us an opportunity to connect in a different way and use this time to do good and keep active.
We will support you in your challenge, whatever that might be. Think about running a marathon (26.2 miles) over a set number of days, or running, jogging, walking every day for a week / month and ask your friends to sponsor you.
Our research is at risk and any help you can give would be greatly appreciated, we cannot let all our progress and work over the past 10 years go to waste.
