Brain Tumour Research Verified by JustGiving
RCN England and Wales 1153487, Scotland SC046840
Brain Tumour Research is the leading voice of the brain tumour community and focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. We are campaigning to increase the national investment in research to £35 million per year and funding sustainable Centres of Excellence across the UK.

Story

We find ourselves in unusual times; unable to connect with people in the way we are used to. Taking the positives from the situation, many of us are no longer commuting to work so saving time, social distancing offers us an opportunity to connect in a different way and use this time to do good and keep active.

We will support you in your challenge, whatever that might be. Think about running a marathon (26.2 miles) over a set number of days, or running, jogging, walking every day for a week / month and ask your friends to sponsor you.

Our research is at risk and any help you can give would be greatly appreciated, we cannot let all our progress and work over the past 10 years go to waste.

Brain Tumour Research is uniquely focused on funding sustainable and long-term research into brain tumours at dedicated UK Research Centres. Your support will help us get closer to a cure for brain tumours. We building a network of researchers and developing the next generation of world-class experts in neuro-oncology. We're also influencing the Government and larger cancer charities to invest more nationally into this crucial area of medical research.
