Thousands of poor people in the world go blind every single year. As a result of poverty, they do not have the means to pay for treatment, medication or even purchase prescription glasses. They resign their lives to one of darkness and accept their fate. Often the bread winner in the family will go blind, plunging their whole family into further hardship.
We aim to arrange, in Sylhet and other parts of Bangladesh a Free Eye Camp event over 3-4 days. Every £200 donation will cure 4 people that is £50 per person.
Every single person that arrives at the camp will receive treatment and provided with the best care possible.
